Festival? Here’s your chance. Tulips are guaranteed not to be from
Windmill Park but from a secret, undisclosed source. Join a floral team or
do your own thing, arranging tulips and other flowers in unique containers
for display at the Tulip Festival Flower Show. Sponsored by The Flower Cart
and the Festival Steering Committee, this is a relaxing way to meet new
people and create art to share with visitors. Your floral arrangements will
be on display at the Sioux County Historical Society's Museum during
