Hobbies & Interests One of my favorite things to do is play golf. I also love being around children and babysitting. My family and I enjoy fishing and attending Minnesota Twins baseball and Minnesota Wild hockey games. At my church I enjoy going to youth group, attending youth group activities and trips, Bible study, and volunteering in the nursery. 

School Activities At Unity Christian High School I have participated in orchestra, band, and choir. I have enjoyed playing on the golf, volleyball, and softball teams. I have served as a class officer since my freshman year. The past two years I have been a Living Group Leader. During my time at Unity I have enjoyed playing the piano and synthesizer in chapel and also being a chapel leader. Last spring I played my violin in the orchestra pit for the school musical. I have participated in science fair and National History Day at the district and state levels. 

Spare Time Activities In my spare time I like to bake and share treats with others. I enjoy going on bike rides and spending time with family and friends. I also love listening to and playing worship music. 

Education/Career Plans I plan on attending a 4-year Christian liberal arts college or university after high school. Currently I am undecided on my major. 

Past Tulip Festival Participation I have had the privilege of participating in the parade from a very young age. I have enjoyed riding floats and participating as a member of the Orange City Christian School marching band. I have also been a part of the Straatfest as a member of the junior Dutch dance.
